Living Products

We sell living trees. Availability, sizing, and shipping timing may change based on plant readiness, season, and weather. Release dates are estimates based on plant readiness, not guarantees.

Orders & Pre-Orders

Pre-orders reserve trees from a future release. If a release is delayed or produces fewer viable trees than expected, we will contact you with options including waiting, store credit, or refund.

Guarantees

Arrival guarantees and care support are described on our Shipping & Guarantees page and are subject to the exclusions listed there.
