When to Ask for Help

If something seems wrong with your privacy tree, do not wait until the tree is mostly brown to ask for help. Reach out if your tree changes quickly, if you are unsure about watering, or after extreme weather.

  • Close-ups of browning or color change
  • Damaged areas
  • Trunk base and mulch ring
  • Soil and root area
  • The wider planting site
  • Planting date, growing zone, watering details, recent weather
